Under the given contact data of our representative of data privacy you can always exercise the following rights:  

  • Information about your data saved by us and their processing (Art.15 DSGVO),

Type and purpose of processing
Like many other Websites we also use Cookies. Cookies are little text files, which are transfered from the server of the website on your hard desk. Type and purpose of processing:  
The data entered by you will be saved for the purpose of individual communication with you. Therefor you need to enter a valid email address and your name. This serves to assign the request and answer it. The specification of additional data is optional.

The processing of data entered in contact form is based on a legitimated interest (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. DSGVO)   We want to offer you an uncomplicated contact by providing the contact form. Statements made by you are saved for the purpose of editing the inquiry and possible follow-up questions.   If you contact us to ask for a quotation, the processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place for the implementation of precontractual measures (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

Recipient of data are possibly order processors.    


Storage life:
 
Data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after processing of the inquiry.   If it comes to a contractual relationship we are subject to the legal period of safekeeping according to HGB and we will delete your data after expiry of these periods.    


Provision required or necessary:
 
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. We can just edit your inquiry if you tell us your name, your email address and the reason of your inquiry.      


Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

Type and purpose of processing:  
To represent our contents correct for all browsers and graphically appealing we use ‘Google Web Fonts’ of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; mentioned below as ‘Google’) for presenting fonts on our website.   You can find the data protection guidelines of the library operator Google here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Your consent is the legal basis for the integration of Google Webfonts and the associated data transfer (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).


Recipient:
 
The call of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – currently unclear whether and if so for which purpose – that the operator collects Google data in this case.    


Storage life:

Third country transfer:
 
Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU_US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework

The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually prescribed.  


Revocation of consent:

The programming language JavaScript is regularly used for the presentation of the contents. You can contradict the data processing by deactivating the execution of JavaScript in your browser or by installing a JavaScript-Blocker. Please note that this can lead to functional limitations on our website.  

 
Embedded videos

Type and purpose of processing:  
On some of our websites we embed Vimeo-Videos. Operator of the corresponding plugins is the Vimeo LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. When you visit a website with a Vimeo- plugin a connection to the servers of Vimeo is produced. Vimeo will be notified which websites you visit. When you are logged into your Vimeo account Vimeo can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account beforehand.   If a Vimeo video is started the provider uses Cookies to collect references about the use behavior. You get further information about purpose and extent of data collection and their processing by Vimeo in the data protection declaration of the provider. There you also get further information about your related rights and setting options for the protection of your privacy (https://vimeo.com/privacy)

  Who has deactivated the saving of data of Cookies for the Google-Ad-Program does not have to expect such Cookies during watching a Vimeo video. Vimeo also stores non-personal use information in other Cookies. If you want to prevent this you have to block the saving of Cookies in your browser.

Google AdWords

Type and purpose of processing:  
Our website uses Google Conversion-Tracking. The operating company of the services of Google AdWords is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you reach our website due to a slated indicator of Google, a Cookie will be set on your computer by Google AdWords. The Cookie for Conversion-Tracking will be set if a user clicks on a slated indicator of Google. If a user visits particular pages of our websites and the Cookie has not expired yet, Google and we can recognize that a user clicked on the advertisement and was forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer received another Cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked via the website of AdWords customers. Information obtained from the Conversion-Cookies serve to create Conversion-Statistics for AdWords Customers, which have opted for Conversion-Tracking. The customers get to know the total number of users, which clicked on the advertisement and we’re forwarded to a page with Conversion-Tracking-Tag. They do not get any information with those users can be identified personally.

Recipient:

With every visit of our website are transferred personal data to Google in the USA including your IP-address. These personal data are saved by Google. Google may transfer the personal data raised due to technical methods to their third parties. Our company received no information from Google by means of which affected persons could be identified.  


Storage life:

These Cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve the personal identification. Third country transfer: Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the https://privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. Revocation of consent: if you do not want to participate in tracking you can reject the required settings of a Cookie for this – via browser setting, which deactivated the automatically setting of Cookies generally or set your browser so that Cookies of the domain „Google assertively.com“ are blocked. Please note that you are not allowed to delete the Opt-out-Cookies as long as you do not want a recording of measuring data. If you delete all your Cookies in your browser you have to set the respective Opt-out-Cookie again.
